1. Payment Methods
Thank you for shopping with us! To ensure a convenient and secure shopping experience, all transactions on our website are processed in US Dollars (USD). The final amount will be displayed in your local currency based on the current exchange rate.

We support a variety of online payment options, including:

  • Credit Cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, China UnionPay, etc.)
  • Apple Pay
  • Google Pay

Once your payment is completed, your order status will update to “Payment Completed,” and we will arrange shipment as soon as possible.


2. Shipping Information
We strive to deliver every order promptly and safely to your hands:

  • All products are shipped directly from Taiwan via air freight.
  • Orders will be shipped within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Delivery may be delayed during weekends or national holidays.
  • In the event of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons, earthquakes) or holidays that cause delays, we will notify you separately.
  • If your shipping address is undeliverable, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you.
  • Please double-check your shipping address, recipient name, and contact number before placing your order.
  • If you notice any incorrect information in your order, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible to avoid delivery issues.

3. Important Notes

  • Due to the complexity of international shipping, we do not offer exchanges. Please make sure to confirm product details and quantity before placing your order.
  • Minor dents or pressure marks on the product packaging caused during long-distance shipping are not eligible for return if the contents remain undamaged.
  • Customs policies vary by country. Any customs duties or import fees incurred must be borne by the recipient.
  • If a package is refused by the recipient and returned or destroyed, any related costs or losses will be the recipient's responsibility.

4. Order Tracking & Customer Service
You can track your order through:

  • The order confirmation email.
  • The “My Orders” section on our website.
  • The “Contact Us” page by providing your name, phone number, or email.

Order Status Definitions:

  • Processing: Payment not yet completed.
  • Payment Completed: Payment received; order is being prepared for shipment.
  • Shipped: Order has been dispatched.

Please note that order modifications or cancellations are not supported. If you notice any incorrect information, please contact us immediately.


5. Returns & After-Sales Support
If you need to return a product, please note the following:

  • For returns due to personal reasons, shipping and related fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receipt, and items must be unopened and in original packaging.
  • Returns cannot be accepted for opened, damaged, or incomplete items.
  • If a return results in ineligibility for discounts (e.g., free shipping or bundles), the original price will be used to recalculate the order total.

Refunds will incur a 5% processing fee and actual costs such as shipping or customs clearance fees.


6. Unboxing & Inspection
We record all orders before shipment for your protection. We recommend recording the entire unboxing process upon receiving your package.

If you receive an incorrect, missing, or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and provide a complete unboxing video, which should include:

  • The unopened package
  • The unboxing process
  • The product contents

Without a complete video, we will be unable to process reshipments or refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
