Ingredients:
Cherry juice concentrate, beetroot juice concentrate, apple juice concentrate, water, herbal extracts (water, rosehip extract, chamomile, lemon balm leaves, bermudagrass, horsetail stems), fructose, vitamin C, ferrous gluconate, apple pectin, natural flavors (cherry, strawberry), nicotinamide, guanhua bean gum, locust bean gum, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, vitamin B12.

200ml (10ml x 20 packs)

How to Eat:
Tear off the aluminum foil packet and drink. Take once a day, before meals or on an empty stomach, drink directly or dilute with water.

Recommended Daily Amount:

• Pregnant women: 20 ml

• Lactating women: 20 ml

• Women over 10 years old: 15 ml

• Women over 51 years old, children 7-10 years old, teenagers, men: 10 ml

• Children 4-7 years old: 5 ml
  Eating too much is useless.

Save Method:
Please store in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight, high temperature, and humidity.

Things to Note:

1. This product is extracted from herbs. If there is any sediment, it is normal. Please feel free to consume it.

2. For optimal iron absorption, please do not drink it with meals.
