Ingredients:
Glutathione (from Torula yeast), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, microcrystalline alpha-cellulose, vitamin C, zinc gluconate, vitamin E (vitamin E, sodium octenyl succinate starch, silicon dioxide), manganese gluconate, silicon dioxide, sodium selenate (corn starch, sodium selenate), folic acid, vitamin B12.

How to eat:
Take 2 capsules once a day, with boiled water before breakfast. Do not take more than 2 capsules a day, as eating more is not beneficial.

Save method:
Please store in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight, high temperature, and humidity.

Things to note:

1. People who are allergic to glutathione, pregnant women, breastfeeding women, and infants and young children should avoid eating it.

2. Please store properly and prevent children from taking it by themselves.
