How to Eat:
Please shake well before drinking, once a day, before meals or on an empty stomach, drink directly or dilute with water.
Recommended daily amount:

• 20 ml for pregnant women

• 20 ml for breastfeeding women

• 15 ml for women over 10 years old

• 10 ml for women over 51 years old, children, adolescents, and men aged 7-10 years old

• 5 ml for children 4-7 years old.
  Eating too much is useless.

Save Method:

1. Please store in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight, high temperature, and humidity.

2. Please store this product upright to avoid leakage.

3. After opening, please tighten the bottle cap tightly, store it in the refrigerator, and drink it within four weeks.
