How to Use

External Use (Ages 18+): Apply 2–3 drops to chest, back, or targeted areas up to 3 times daily.
Inhalation (Ages 12+): Add 3 drops to hot water and inhale, or use with nasal stick.
Oral Use (Ages 18+, consult professional): Dissolve 3–4 drops in warm water, up to 3 times daily, for no more than 2 weeks.
