THE “GOLD OF THE PHARAOHS”:
Black cumin oil was already revered in ancient Egypt. When around 100 different valuable ingredients were found in the oil from the black cumin seed, black cumin became known in the western world. It contains a high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids and is therefore particularly valuable.
VERSATILE APPLICATION:
The hübner® black cumin oil can be used perfectly in the kitchen as a seasoning oil to refine the taste of dishes. It is also known for its positive effect on well-being.

BLACK CUMIN OIL PRESSING PROCESS:
The black cumin seeds of the hübner® black cumin oil are gently pressed in a screw press. In order to remove impurities that can negatively affect the quality of the oil, we use a particularly gentle process to protect the valuable ingredients: After pressing, the oil is left to rest in a tank for a few days. During this time, impurities and particles sink to the bottom of the tank. Any remaining particles are then gently removed using a cloth filter to obtain a high-quality oil.
